Scheduling a Delivery Appointment
Depending on the selected carrier, delivery area, and shipping type, delivery may require a prior appointment. These arrangements vary to ensure receipt under the best possible conditions.
1. Appointment to be selected during checkout
For courier deliveries, the customer must choose a delivery slot directly when placing the order, at the cart stage.
The proposed slots are 3-hour windows, from the available times displayed (8/11 - 11/14 - 14/17 - 17/20)
The order cannot be prepared or shipped until the delivery slot has been selected and validated by the customer.
This delivery method guarantees receipt within a specific time slot, especially for bulky deliveries or those requiring mandatory presence.
2. Appointment organized by the carrier
For certain deliveries carried out by specialized logistics carriers such as KN or Becker, appointment scheduling is managed directly by the carrier.
In this case
- The carrier contacts the customer in advance by phone
- A delivery slot is agreed upon directly with the customer
- The order is shipped once the delivery date is validated
No action is required from the customer when ordering, apart from providing a valid phone number.
3. Delivery without an appointment
When delivery does not require a prior appointment, it is carried out automatically after dispatch, within the deadlines indicated when ordering.
In this case, the goods are delivered to the specified address without prior contact, except for exceptions related to access or the absence of the recipient.
Storage and preparation conditions
The bottles are stored in a warehouse in compliance with optimal temperature-controlled storage conditions, suitable for wines. The ordered bottles are protected by shock-resistant packaging specially designed for wine transport and handled with particular care at each stage of preparation and shipping. An email will inform you of the shipment of your parcel(s).
When delivery does not require an appointment, it is carried out directly after dispatch, within the deadlines indicated when ordering.
