2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products made via the Site Les Grappes , in a direct and committed trade approach to to promote winegrowers and their expertise .
Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
Les Grappes offers a selection of wines from passionate winemakers, chosen for the quality of their work, their authenticity and their commitment to preserving the terroir.
Each product description presents the essential characteristics of the wine. Natural variations (vintage, wine evolution, visuals) may exist and contribute to the very identity of the product.
In accordance with the law, the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal drinking age.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order after verification.
The order becomes final after:
- Validation from the basket,
- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,
- Full payment of the price.

6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Bank transfer
Transactions are secured via a payment system that complies with current standards.
7. Delivery
The products are delivered in direct sales , without intermediaries, at the address delivery indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery areas: Metropolitan France and countries of the European Union available at the time of purchase.
In some countries, an additional cost may be required to clear customs formalities.
Estimated delivery times: 2 to 4 business days in France Metropolitan France , 3 to 7 working days in the European Union.
Delivery times are given as a guide only. The seller cannot be held liable for any delays. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the products to the customer or the recipient indicated in the order.
Reservations regarding delivery The customer is required to check the contents and products upon delivery. In case of non-conformity, the customer must note their reservations on the delivery slip or refuse delivery. If delivery is accepted without reservation, no recourse against the seller may be taken.
Breakage, damage, or defective product: The Customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt of the order. The claim must be accompanied by photographs of the package and the products concerned (outer packaging, inner packaging and damaged products), allowing the nature of the damage to be established.
In the absence of a claim submitted within the allotted time and accompanied by the required documents, No requests for replacement or refund will be considered .
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Unsealed, damaged or personalized products will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error attributable to the seller.
9. Reimbursement
In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
10. Responsibility
10.1. Responsibility of Les Grappes
Les Grappes is committed to marketing products that comply with current regulations and its values of quality, transparency and support for winegrowers .
The seller cannot be held responsible for improper storage or inappropriate consumption of the products after delivery.
In any event, the seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Les Grappes cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations when such non-performance results from a case of force majeure, as defined by French law and jurisprudence.
The following are considered to be cases of force majeure, without this list being exhaustive: armed conflicts, riots, insurrections, social movements or strikes, lockouts, shortages, fires, natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, exceptional weather conditions, floods), breakdowns or technical failures, pandemics, epidemics, states of emergency, attacks, or more generally any unforeseeable, irresistible and external event preventing the proper performance of contractual obligations.
If the force majeure situation continues for a continuous period exceeding 30 (thirty) days Upon its occurrence, each Party may terminate all or part of the contract, subject to a notice period of 15 (fifteen) days , notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
No compensation or damages may be claimed in this regard.
10.2. Responsibility of the Visitor, the Client and/or the Beneficiary
The Customer is solely responsible for the information they provide when placing an order, including details relating to their identity, delivery address, and, where applicable, the recipient of the order. They guarantee that the recipient is a natural person of legal age, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the sale of alcoholic beverages. The responsibility of The Grapes cannot be held liable in this respect.
The Customer guarantees the accuracy, truthfulness and updating of the information provided when creating their account and placing an order (including postal address, email address and contact details).
It is the Client's responsibility to promptly report any changes to their information via their personal account or by contacting customer service. Otherwise, The Grapes cannot be held responsible for the inability to execute all or part of the order.
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials for their personal account. Any use of the account made using these credentials will be deemed to have been made by the Client.
In the event of loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of their login credentials or personal account, the Client agrees to inform The Grapes as soon as possible by email to the following address: contact@lesgrappes.com .
The consequences resulting from a late declaration or negligence in protecting identifiers cannot be attributed to The Grapes .
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting: contact@lesgrappes.com
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. Trademarks
Brands, company names, trade names and logos "The Grapes" are protected and, where applicable, registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, of the trademarks and/or logo The Grapes , without prior written authorization from the company The grapes are strictly prohibited.
12.2. Site Content
All content present or made accessible on the Site, including but not limited to texts, descriptions, data, information, visuals, illustrations, photographs, videos, logos, graphic charters, infographics, trademarks, software, databases, as well as the structure, architecture and layout of the Site, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights in France and internationally.
These elements are the exclusive property of The Grapes or its partners, including winegrowers, whose know-how, images and content are valued while respecting their rights.
12.3. No transfer of rights
These General Terms and Conditions do not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights to the benefit of Visitors or Clients.
Consequently, any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, extraction, reuse, distribution, publication, commercial or non-commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, of all or part of the Site or its content, on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of The Grapes .
Any operation involving disassembly, decompilation, automated data extraction or any other attempt to appropriate the content is also prohibited.
12.4. Use of audiovisual content
Access to audiovisual content that may be made available on the Site or via the personal account is strictly reserved for private and personal use.
Any use for commercial, promotional or public purposes is prohibited.
12.5. Sanctions
Failure to comply with the provisions of this article may give rise to civil and criminal liability for the perpetrator, in particular on the grounds of trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or infringement of the rights of partners. The Grapes .
13. Applicable Law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
